"One of the things I learned from your course were just exercises to help move the baby down, and since my baby was breech it was so important to me to turn her to be able to have a vaginal delivery. I did so many of the exercises we learned and in the final week she turned!
I was basically in early labor for 4 days before getting admitted to hospital. Having increasingly painful contractions each day and not dilating at all so I just had to stay home and labor there so I did the exercises we learned from you.Â
In labor, I had an epidural so I was insistent with the nurses about using the peanut which you also taught us about and I think it really sped up my labor. I only pushed for less than 10 minutes and the baby came flying out, which my doula said was totally unheard of for a first kid! Definitely grateful for the material from the course!"

You should give The Prepared Pelvis a
14-day risk free chance if any of these points speak to you:
- You are anywhere from slightly nervous to absolutely terrified to give birth. If the fear of the unknown is coming up for you when you think about giving birth, when you go to your doctor/midwife checkups, when you talk to other people who have horror stories- I get it. I want to get you off of Google at 4am scrolling through a sea of information. I have had many students who were nervous and thankfully they look back at their births as a powerful and moving experience.
- You’re ready to take care of your current self, future self and your baby. If you are excited to become a new mom , or a mom again- think about that. We can only pour from a full cup. If you are ready to take on caring for a whole new human- lets get you ready for it. Mothering is a physically demanding job, the least you can do is feel good while doing it!
- You realize that you are not too early or too late to start. I have had students take this course anywhere from 16-36 weeks pregnant. It's definitely never too early to start building muscle memory to prepare for the big day. If you start on the earlier side, birth movements may feel a lot more natural for you by the end, you’ll have a clear picture of your goals, and you will be well versed in your options and preferences. It's also never too late to empower yourself with information, mobility, and strength. The last weeks of pregnancy are a wonderful time to help baby get into an optimal position for a smooth delivery.
If you said “yes” to at least 2 of the above, I can’t wait to meet you inside The Prepared Pelvis

About Dr. Millie
I'm a pelvic floor physical therapist specializing in woman's health. I'm also a mom to 2 little ones, so I get it. I created these courses to help you make this special time feel less scary and more empowering.
I was just like you when I was expecting. Nervous about the unknown, looking at photos of baby nurseries and little outfits. But that's not what helped me have two successful births and postpartum recoveries. What helped me was the preparation. Prehab instead of rehab. I hope you to come join me!
