Hey, I'm Millie!
I'm your new favorite pelvic floor PT.
I'm here to cut through the noise and teach you how to feel amazing in your body.
If you've been told to "just do kegels," and "just relax," or "this is normal,"... and it's clearly not working, you're not crazy.
You've just never been given the full picture
No more guessing
No more conflicting advice
No more doing things that don't actually help
I'll show you what's actually going on in your body, and exactly what to do to feel strong, supported, and in control again.
So you can stop second-guessing everything... and finally feel safe and empowered in your own body
Let's fix this
You want to feel strong, confident, and in control of your body again. You want relief that lasts.
But right now it feels confusing and overwhelming. You don't know where to start.
I get it. And I'm here to help.
I’m Dr. Millie, a licensed PT and DPT focused on pelvic health and core rehab. Over the years, I’ve seen it all. Women struggling after childbirth, healing after surgery, or just simply having a hard time "holding it in."
Pelvic health shouldn’t feel confusing or out of reach. My goal is to make it simple, evidence-based, and tailored to you.
Through education, movement, and personalized care, I’m here to help you rebuild strength from the inside out, bringing back your confidence, strength, and the connection to your body. If you’re experiencing leaks, pressure, pain, nervous anticipation, or just not feeling “right,” let’s get to the heart of the issue and equip you with the tools to not just manage it, but fix it!
